New Strength Recreational Sports

At New Strength Adaptive Fitness, we believe sports should be accessible to everyone. Our Recreational Sports program is designed to help adaptive athletes build confidence, coordination, teamwork, and athletic skills in a supportive environment that meets each individual where they are.

Students participate in sports-based activities that are adapted to their individual abilities and support needs while still encouraging growth, challenge, success, and FUN. Sessions may include basketball, football, baseball, soccer, hockey, agility drills, target activities, obstacle courses, reaction training, and sport-specific skill development.

Our goal is not just participation — it is progression. Whether a student is learning to catch, throw, kick, shoot, follow directions, work with teammates, or simply gain confidence trying something new, we celebrate every step forward.

One on one private sessions and small group options are available.
